When you need analog inputs and outputs protected from noise
The MSXB 085 Isolated Analog Signal Interface Module provides isolated analog inputs and isolated analog outputs for DAP systems. Use these modules to eliminate ground currents – a potential source of noise in your measurement and control signals – and eliminate timing skew. Each module provides sixteen isolated analog inputs and two isolated analog outputs, and all inputs are differential, with 16-bit data conversion on the module itself – to minimize exposure to noise elsewhere in the system. The module can sample signal inputs at 333k samples per second and can update both signal outputs at 500k updates per second. A single DAP board can support up to eight MSXB 085 modules. The module is a good fit in applications that have a number of analog inputs and a smaller number of analog outputs. Up to eight Isolated Analog Signal Interface Modules can be connected to a single DAP board for a total of 128 analog inputs and 16 analog outputs. MSXB 085 fits in an Industrial Enclosure and uses a DB-37 connector or Wago terminals. MSXB 085 modules also fit directly into a DAPserver to form a networked, isolated instrument. Add MSXB 078 modules for isolated digital inputs and outputs, if your application requires these as well as the isolated analog inputs and outputs included with MSXB 085 modules.
